On-The-Job Training (OJT) is a training service provision in the TAA Program that has been around for decades.

Description

In this presentation, we will present an overview of the rules of how OJTs work in the TAA program, and compare it with OJTs available through other workforce programs.  We will hear from states that have had success with OJTs on best practices that are highly transferrable, and also share any additional materials that may support strategies for outreach, paperwork, and case management.

We will encourage dynamic participation, so come with your questions and any contributions that you would like to share in this area with your fellow workforce practitioners.
