We’ve talked about communication and messaging before, but more from an operational perspective. It’s time to talk about program messaging. How do you “sell” the TAA Program to firms and workers? Wait. You’re not selling it? Then this is the chat for you.
The world record holder for number of cars sold is a man named Joe Girard – and it was 13,001 cars. In 2006, he wrote a book called, “How to Sell Anything to Anybody.” This isn’t a book review or an endorsement, and despite what you may have heard, it’s not an art, it’s actually science: 1) People buy solutions. 2) There must be trust. 3) They have to like you. 4) Proof of effectiveness matters. Let’s chat about how you are selling the TAA Program and what’s working (or not) for you.
